Josh Resner Tattoo booking request form

Use this form to request an appointment with Josh Resner (@JRESTATTOOS).

I accept projects of all sizes, but for smaller tattoos, please come in the shop or DM me on instagram. In-person consultations are available Wednesday -Saturday, 12-7 PM, for faster in person booking.

Appointment Request submissions are contacted via email in order of receipt within 72hours , but placement is not guaranteed and prioritizes my preferred styles. A $100 nonrefundable deposit (cash preferred) is required to book, applied toward the tattoos total cost ($175/hour or per piece).

Appointments can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice and your deposit will carry over to a new rescheduled appointment; no-shows forfeit the deposit.
